- We ship orders across Europe.
- Order processing takes 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to Germany and other EU countries takes 3–7 business days, depending on the region.
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Returns
- You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be pre-approved via email: info@raroofficial.com
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
